Apostolic authority in The Fountain is functional, relational, and biblical—never positional, hierarchical, or institutional. We reject models of authority rooted in title, rank, or organizational control.
True apostolic authority is demonstrated through servanthood, proven through fruit, and validated through relationship. It is authority that equips, releases, and multiplies—not authority that controls, centralizes, or dominates.

Relational
Authority rooted in spiritual sonship, covenant connection, and mutual honor—not hierarchy.

Dr. Corey D. Butler
Dr. Corey D. Butler serves as the Presiding Apostle of The Fountain Apostolic Collective, providing spiritual oversight, governance direction, and apostolic covering for the aligned network. His leadership is marked by a commitment to relational authority, covenantal integrity, and Kingdom advancement.
As Presiding Apostle, Dr. Butler functions not as a denominational head or organizational CEO, but as a spiritual father committed to equipping, empowering, and releasing sons and daughters into their divine assignments.

Advisory Council
The Advisory Council provides wisdom, counsel, and strategic direction to the Presiding Apostle and The Fountain leadership. Council members are seasoned apostolic and prophetic leaders who serve as trusted advisors in matters of governance, doctrine, and vision.
Director of Operations
The Director of Operations oversees the administrative and operational functions of The Fountain, ensuring effective execution of vision, systems management, and organizational health.
Assistant Director of Membership Services
Manages alignment processes, member relations, and covenant maintenance
Assistant Director of Finance
Oversees financial stewardship, giving management, and fiscal accountability
Assistant Director of Programming
Coordinates events, gatherings, and ministry programming
Dean of Education
The Dean of Education provides academic oversight for The Fountain's Educational Ecosystem, ensuring excellence in curriculum, faculty development, and student formation across all three schools.
